Phases and Faces

A thing they have in fading

Beyond all your ties never ending

They arrive still never caring

And truly so unavoidably happening

 

Phases and faces

So obvious how tight its achieved its laces

Yea, we’ve had together even the races

Made up so quick that we lost the trace

Traces of times that seemed serious cases

Phases and Faces still

It never occurred how much strength I had in my will

But I got the wits as through it all its been worth the kill

Beyond words can tell parting you give me that chill

 

Now, it’s here again

Phases and Faces more

That I can’t imagine anything more pure

This makes me so deeply sore

I still rest assured that in my heart you still soar

Never will I ever recover from such a cure

 

Phases and Faces

All I bring right now are words of the thanks

That through them you broke the ranks

And blessed me with a heart and tanks

Melting my waxes away without the marks

 

Oh! Phases and Faces

Still I pledge my allegiance

To you clear friend beyond my convenience

So beyond all feelings and countenance

You forever be my living an appurtenance
